About the Project
Masingita Mall partnered with SolarXgen to transition the centre into a high-performance solar-powered facility through a two-phase installation strategy.
Phase 1 delivered a large-scale 1.1 MWp grid-tied system designed to offset a significant portion of the mall’s daytime consumption. Due to its success — and the centre’s growing energy needs.
Phase 2 was commissioned to expand the system with an additional 616 kWp, further strengthening energy independence and cost reduction.
Both phases were fully funded through our strategic partners, meaning the client benefitted from substantial energy savings with zero upfront capital investment.
