- Regulatory bodies: Municipalities, Eskom and other authorities as required for SSEG applications and grid connection agreements
- Technology providers: Hosting, analytics and CRM platforms that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Feasibility enquiries are retained for 24 months. Client project data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes.
