Giyani, Limpopo — Masingita Properties

Masingita Mall Phase 1 in Giyani, Limpopo is a flagship project in SolarXgen's partnership with Masingita Properties. The 616 kWp rooftop solar installation was the first phase of what would become the largest system in the Masingita portfolio. A second 1,108 kWp phase was subsequently added, bringing the total to over 1.7 MW. The system integrates with the mall's backup generators and includes battery storage capability to ensure uninterrupted operations for anchor tenants.
