Yes – all of our commercial and industrial PV power applications come with a contractual production guarantee.
In the unlikely event that the system does produce less – we do 1 of 2 things:-
A. Make corrections to the PV solar system as to ensure that such production is achieved in year 2, or;
B. Refund The Client the shortfall in production multiplied by the clients rate of electricity per kWH as paid to their municipal account.
