    Power without the Grid, Back-Up

    An Off grid Solar system is designed to power your home or business when there is no state utility (Eskom). Either as Back-Up or fully off grid, these systems utilise batteries to store power. An Inverter changes the DC charge to AC which in-turn powers things up.

    Off Grid Solar for “Load-Shedding”

    A back-up power system is typically installed to curb power outages during load shedding. Batteries are charged, through a charge-controller, by either – Solar panels or Eskom (or a combination of the two). A DC / AC inverter delivers electricity to your DB board which powers your “back up load” appliances.
